Our Sonoma French Linen Collection is medium weight 13.75 oz 100% linen with a distressed finish. Color is a bright white. It is not stone washed it’s just heavily crumpled - which is all the rage in France but unfortunately not here in Sonoma County (only my client who is one of the founders of Burning Man went for this bold look!)…….In any case this is one of three lines we’re going to discontinue. The fabric is recommended dry clean only - however I did an experiment and washed and pressed a piece from the Marin Collection. It shrank two inches from 29 down to 27 inches length and from 56 down to 54 on the width. It pressed beautifully with just a spritz and a steam iron. I’ve included photos of the fabric Before and after washing and pressing the color held up well, there is one fade line and one of the heaviest creases is still visible - but it’s great looking fabric and the washing tightened up the weave.

This fabric sold for $58.55 per yard in the showroom.
