Brian
Blood has been a professional artist for the past 23 years. Operating his own
publishing company, then becoming a successful Illustrator, working in Graphic
Design and now for the past 15 years he has settled into Fine Art. Teaching for
more than a decade in the Fine Art Dept. at the academy of Art University in
San Francisco and conducting his own Plein Air Painting Workshops around
California keeps him very busy.

Brian is a Signature
Member of the Oil
Painters of America, The Northern California Painters Group and the Rocky
Mountain Plein Air Painters. He is an Artist Member of the California Art Club.
Feature artuicles have been published in Southwest Art, Art of the West,
Artists Magazine, Coast Magazine and American Artist. His work is agressivly
collected through American Impression Auctions like Sotheby's, Butterfields,
Christies and John Moran. Brian has been recently honored as Outstanding
Alumnist and was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters from the Academy
of Art University in San Francisco.
